to consider that the product will be marketed to a younger audience, which is
why the buyers cannot see past dated décor.
Before Staging buyers were having a hard time envisioning living the space. By removing dated curtains and adding modern art, lamps and bedding younger buyers can start to see the potential this home has.
Potential buyers could not see past the blue wallpaper, which was making this bathroom seem dark and cramped. After staging the wall paper was removes making the space seem calm and relaxing. We also added some display towels and art work to pull the look together.
