Before
staging this room was a catch all, buyers were not sure what this room was. By
adding a bed and showcasing the space as bedroom buyers know how to use the
space.
Before we staged this condo downtown buyers could not imagine
that is was a two bedroom. Buyers need a reference point to start to imagine their
furniture fitting in the space. We had the home owners pack up the entire toy collection
and added a bed to showcase this room as a second bedroom. 
Many
people work from home these days. Having a home office is a selling feature
which helps to sell a lifestyle to potential buyers.
