By place a chair by the window we draw
the buyer to the the spectacular view of downtown. A nesting table topped with books and a
reading lamp behind the chair help the buyer to envision using the space. We
keep the furnishing modern to attract a young professional demographic that may
be seeking a downtown lifestyle.
